The Portal reads the address, the description and the selling points out of your IM, and it does not always read them right. Both are yours to correct, and a buyer sees the correction as soon as you save.
Save Changes replaces the whole stored property record with what the editor holds. Details that show lower down the tab but have no field in the editor — Location Summary, Proximity Details, Tenancy Range — are dropped. Copy what you still need before you save, and put it in a field the editor has.
Two toasts each time: Project updated successfully, plus Property details updated successfully or Selling points updated successfully. The editor closes and the Property Details card shows the new values. After the first successful extraction the Selling Points tab appears.
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
Failed to update property details. Please try again. | Retry the save. Check your connection and that the subscription is active. |
Failed to update selling points | Usually the subscription. Edit Selling Points stays enabled on a read-only project and only the save is refused, unlike Edit Details, which greys out. Check the plan, then retry. |
Failed to update project: <message> | Read the message; it arrives beside one of the two above. |
Project with ID <id> not found | Reload the projects list. The project was deleted or you lost access to it. |
Failed to verify project update: <message> | Reload the project and check which values were kept. |
Please select a file first | Choose a PDF before Upload & Extract. |
No text extracted or Failed to extract property data | Use a PDF with selectable text, or type the details in yourself. |
