The link you were sent lists every published unit with a status against it, and the same status colours the unit on the masterplan. No account and no sign-in: open the link, find your unit, read the status.
The list shows every published unit with a status against it, and that status colours the unit's point on the masterplan.
Filtering to one status leaves only the units in that status. The rest are removed from the list until you go back to all units.
Status changes colour and filter membership, and nothing else. A unit marked as gone stays open: you can still read its details and still send an enquiry about it.
No screen shows when availability was last updated. Read the status as the project's current published position and confirm it with the agent before you act on it.
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The link asks for a password | Ask the person who sent it. There is no sign-up and no reset on the site. |
| No status filter on the screen | Some projects publish it hidden. Read the status against each unit in the list instead. |
| Your unit is not in the list | Clear the filter back to all units. If it is still missing, the project has not published it — ask the agent. |
| A status is selected and the list is empty | No published unit carries that status. Clear the filter. |
| The status against a unit is blank | The project published the unit without a status. Ask the agent. |
| Status wording you do not recognise | The wording is the project's own. The filter lists what this project uses; ask the agent what it means. |
| No price on the unit | Not every project publishes prices, and where a price shows it can read as an instruction to contact the agent. |
| Nothing confirms your enquiry | Most projects show no confirmation screen. Use the contacts screen to reach the agent directly. |
