Unit and lot engagement

The Unit / Lot Engagement card names the stock buyers actually open and take plans away from. It costs you a period and two dropdowns.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open the project and click the Analytics tab.
  2. Set the period in the filter bar at the top. The table follows it.
  3. Find the card Unit / Lot Engagement. The line under the title names the period and how many rows are on screen.
  4. Narrow the list with the first dropdown: All units/lots, High interest, Avg interest or Low interest.
  5. Order it with the second: Most viewed, Least viewed or Most PDF downloads. Clicking Views or PDF downloads in the table header sorts on that column; clicking again reverses it.
  6. The first ten rows show by default. The button under the table names the full count — Show all 24 units/lots and so on. Click it to see every row, Show less to collapse.

Reading the numbers

Views counts how often that unit or lot was opened. PDF downloads counts its plan being taken away. Both feed the Interest score, and so does an enquiry that names the unit: a download weighs two views, an enquiry four.

High interest, Avg interest and Low interest are measured against the busiest unit in this project, not against other projects. That unit is always High. The lower bands appear only when the rest trail it, so a project where interest is level reads High on every row. A unit appears only once it has at least one view or download in the period — the tooltip on the title says Shows units/lots with at least one view or PDF download in this period.

What you see when it worked

Rows named by unit or lot, each with a bar for Views, a bar for PDF downloads, and one Interest badge. Every figure covers the period in the filter bar and changes the moment you change it.
