View project analytics

The Analytics tab shows what buyers did with your IM: views, enquiries and unit interest, over any period you choose. It costs you two clicks and a date range.

Before you start

A Portal account with access to the project, and a plan that covers analytics: Pro shows the dashboard, Flagship adds unit and lot engagement, Essential does not include it.
The project must carry a Google Analytics Property ID, and the site behind it must be sending traffic to that property. Vision Pitch sets the property — ask us for it, naming the project.

Steps

Open Projects and click the project.
Click the Analytics tab. The tab has no address of its own, so reach it from the project page.
The dashboard loads the last 30 days. Change the period with 7 days, 14 days, This month, Last month, YTD or All time. For your own dates click Custom range, click the Start date and then the end date, then click Apply.
Read the tiles Conversions, Conversion rate, Users, Sessions and Views, then the cards under them: Sessions + Conversion Rate, Where visitors came from, Where visitors are, Conversions by page, Agent Contact Clicks, Page performance and Devices.
For a copy of what is on screen, wait until the numbers are in and click Download Report. The browser saves a PDF of the dashboard for the period you are viewing.

What you see when it worked

A spinner with Loading the latest analytics... shows while the figures are fetched, then the tiles fill with numbers and the cards draw their charts. Every card follows the period in the filter bar. The report arrives as a downloaded file; no message confirms it.

If it does not work

What you see	What to do
`Analytics preview`, `Sample data provided below.` and `Live analytics will appear here once this project is released and its tracking is connected.`	The project carries no analytics property. Ask us to set it, naming the project.
A red alert with `Failed to load analytics data`, or another message quoted from the analytics provider	Figures are read live each time you open the tab. Click another period to ask again; if it keeps failing, tell us which project and which period.
An upgrade card, a blurred table, a missing address, or `No data available` in one card	See Why your analytics are empty. It names every state and who clears it.
`Analytics are still loading. Please try again in a moment.`	Wait for the tiles to fill, then click Download Report again.
`Could not generate the report. Please try again.`	Click Download Report again.
