Brand assets: upload, download and share

Visual Assets on your company page holds your brand images. Upload them five at a time; get any one back out with Download or Copy URL.

Before you start

You are signed in as a client. Visual assets are saved against your company.
Logos, colours and fonts live in their own sections — see Upload and adjust brand guidelines.
Images only, and the section states the limits: Image files (PNG, JPG, WebP) up to 5MB each. Maximum 5 files per upload.

Steps

Open your company page and scroll to Visual Assets.
Click Upload Images and add up to five files. The button reads Uploading... while they go up.
Hover a tile in the grid. Two buttons appear: View asset and Delete asset.
Click View asset. The viewer opens on Preview.
Open Details for File name, File type, File size, Upload date and URL.
Click Download to save the file, or Copy URL to put its link on your clipboard. Close shuts the viewer.

Deleting an asset

Delete asset deletes on the first click. There is no confirmation and no undo. The Portal also reports Visual asset deleted successfully when it could not remove the stored file, so the file can survive on the server after its tile is gone. Treat every delete as final and delete only what you meant to.

What you see when it worked

Each file confirms Asset uploaded successfully and its tile appears in the grid. Copy URL confirms URL copied to clipboard, Download confirms Asset download started. Before your first upload the section reads No visual assets yet and Upload images using the form above.

If it does not work

What you see	What to do
`You can upload a maximum of 5 images at once`	Upload five files or fewer. Nothing was uploaded.
`<file name> is too large. Maximum size is 5MB per image`	Compress that image. The other files in the batch still upload.
`<file name> is not a valid image file`	Save it as PNG, JPG or WebP.
`Failed to upload <file name>`	Retry that one file.
`Failed to upload asset`	Retry.
`Asset not found`	Reload the page. The asset is already gone.
`Failed to delete asset`	Retry.
`Failed to copy URL`	Open Details and copy the URL by hand.
`Failed to download asset`	Open Details, copy the URL and paste it into your browser.
`Preview not available for this file type`	The file is not an image. Use Download.
A deleted tile is back after a reload	Two changes were saved at once. Delete it again.
