What we need from you

Seven things build an IM. Six of them come to us; the unit schedule you import yourself. Send them in the formats below and nothing waits on a file we cannot read.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Renders. Bring your own still or 360 renders, or have us create them for you.
  2. Drone 360s. We provide the brief based on your project scope; you shoot and upload the stills or 360s. We need 360° spherical panoramas, autostitched. Keep your own pilot: the brief gives them the heights, angles and views.
  3. The IM, as one PDF with selectable text. A scanned or photographed page holds no text and is refused.
  4. Brand guidelines, as one PDF up to 50MB. You then pick up to six pages for the Portal to read. Only the colours and fonts are kept, not the file.
  5. Logos, as PNG or JPG with the wider side at least 150px. Anything over 500px on its longer side is quietly shrunk to 500px, so send a simple mark.
  6. Other brand images, up to 5MB each and five files per upload.
  7. The unit schedule you import yourself, in the project's Inventory tab — it does not come to us. Same formats: a PDF with selectable text, or a PNG or JPG picture of the table, with clear column headers for unit or lot number, type, area and pricing. Import an inventory schedule.

How long it takes

Our published times: if you bring your own renders, we can typically deliver in 2 weeks. If we are producing the renders, allow 3 to 6 weeks depending on scope. Development sites with 3D are 10 days, development sites without are 7 days, and existing assets or investment sales are 7 days.

Size limits, and where there are none

The 50MB brand-document cap and the 5MB image cap are real. The IM and the unit schedule have no size limit, so an oversized file is not refused: it runs for 50 seconds and fails. Export smaller first.

What you see when it worked

Each upload confirms in place: brand extraction reports Branding data extracted and saved successfully!, a logo reports Light logo updated, and the schedule reports PDF analysis finished with a unit count. Check the box really shows your logo — the confirmation appears even when the file did not save.
