The Projects list, and what a project's status changes

Projects lists everything you have with us. The list is yours to filter and lay out. The status on a project is ours to move, and it decides what you can edit.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open Projects. The card is headed Manage your projects.
  2. Narrow the list with Filter by status: All Status, New, In Progress, On Hold, Live or Archive. All Status does not mean all — it hides archived projects.
  3. Switch layout with the two buttons at the right of the filters. Hover them for Grid View and List View.
  4. Click a project to open it. There is no search box on this page.

What each status changes

Ask Vision Pitch for the status you need, and name the project. Going Live is what publishes a project, and it is also what freezes your unit edits, so ask for it when the schedule is right.

What you see when it worked

The list holds the projects the filter allows, in the layout you chose, and a project opens on its tabs. An archived project drops out of the list the moment you return to it.
