Set the statuses and columns buyers see

The availability wording buyers read is yours to choose, and so is which columns your own table carries. Both live in Settings on the Inventory tab, one on each of its two tabs, and every change saves as you make it.

Before you start

Steps

  1. Open the project, go to the Inventory tab and click Settings.
  2. Stay on the Statuses tab. Each row shows the badge, its colour and how many units carry it.
  3. Type a name into New status name and click Add status.
  4. Use the arrows to reorder, the coloured dot to recolour, the pencil to rename, the bin to delete.
  5. A delete asks Delete “Sold”? and makes you set Move the units/lots to… before Delete and move. The last remaining status cannot be deleted — A project needs at least one status.

Set the columns

  1. Open Settings again and click the Columns tab.
  2. Toggle Total Area, Ground Floor Area, Mezzanine Area, Roller Door Size and Price (Sale). Unit, Availability and Actions are marked Always shown and cannot be hidden.

Columns change the Portal's own table. They do not change what the presentation shows.

What you see when it worked

Each status change saves as you make it and the badge updates with its unit count. A column toggle saves silently, and the table gains or loses the column at once.

The wording and colour you set are what a buyer reads against a unit, and what the presentation's status filter lists.
